Grampians Pyrenees Healthy Communities Planning Group
A steering group for the Grampians Pyrenees Healthy Communities Plan covering the local government areas of Ararat Rural City Council, Northern Grampians Shire and Pyrenees Shire.
The group includes representation from local government, Grampians Pyrenees Primary Care Partnership and service provider agencies across the region together with the Department of Human Services, Grampians Region.
The group's focus is the implementation of the current plan, evaluation initiatives in the plan, identification of opportunites and review of the issues in the region.
