SENIORS Gannawarra Neighbourhood House - Broadband for Seniors Kiosk Have you ever wanted to learn how to use a computer and the internet? Discover the web and learn how to keep in touch with family and friends. HELP is at hand and it is FREE! FREE training and support will be given to any senior person of the community. The kiosk features two computers with broadband access for use by older members of our local community. We are also providing training, so beginners are very welcome! We are also seeking volunteers with basic computer skills to become Tutors. Training will be provided. Time: Monday to Thursday 10.00am to 3.00pm Venue: Gannawarra Neighbourhood House Burgoyne Street, Kerang Bookings and further information please contact our office. TUTORING PROGRAM Enrolments are being taken for Term 1. Free assessments are conducted for Reading ability. Professional tutoring by experienced teachers in all aspects of Literacy, Reading, Phonics, Spelling, Grammar, Oral & Written Expression and Primary Mathematics. Enquiries please contact our Centre. LINE DANCING CLASSES Weekly Classes throughout the year Costs per Class: Adults $7.00. TERM 2 - UP & COMING Gouache Resist Painting Age Group: 15 years onwards Learn how to create work that resembles lino cut prints without all the hard work of making a lino plate using only gouache paint and Indian ink.
