Decorating
The floral arrangements are made and dusted to mimic nature, making them realistic.
The main focus is to bring ideas to life. The designs made with icing and fondant are shaped to represent personal hobbies, characteristics as well as personal wishes.
Wedding cakes are made to exceed the couples expectations either in traditional tiered cakes, modern stack designs or cupcakes.
Chocolate work on cakes can incorporate scrolls, shards, ganache and truffles. Fresh flowers and mixed berries can also be part of the completed design.
