About the Friends
P.O. Box 560, Port Melbourne 3207| Friends of Port Melbourne's Foreshore is a care and lobby group for the Port Melbourne foreshore.
The focus of the Friends' practical work is Perce White Reserve - a site of local, coastal indigenous vegetation between the boundaries of Webb Dock and Todd Road. Friends objectives for this Reserve are: * To protect and enhance it * To promote awareness of its envirnmental value * To link it with neighbouring areas in indigenous vegetation at Westgate Park and Webb Dock East. The monthly working mornings invite care for ths small remaining piece of wilderness in our increasingly unbanized environment. More details available from Nick on mobile 0408 551 575.
