Peninsula Care Planning Group
The Peninsula Care Planning Group (PCPG) is a network of agencies who provide services in the areas of aged and disabled care in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula municipalities. PCPG also offers advice to the State Department of Human Services, acting as a sub district planning group.
AIMS:
The aims of the PCPG group are:
- To gather and disseminate information about available services, programs and resources
- To offer collective expertise to individuals,groups or organisations that require input when planning or developing services to meet the needs of older people and people with disability in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula areas
- To support collaboration between agencies and services operating across the Mornington Peninsula and Frankston local government areas
- To influence policy and service development direction for older people and people with disabilities
