Frankston & Mornington Peninsula HACC Service Providers and CALD Clients Resource Group
This group aims to bring HACC eligible people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds together with HACC service providers from the Frankston & Mornington Peninsula (FMP) to exchange information and resources. This includes information about a range of services that are available, CALD Seniors groups located in FMP, and upcoming events and initiatives which may be of interest to group members.
