Family History - Davies
Family history of the Davies family of Essendon and Moonee Ponds Walter DAVIES and his American wife, Annie Margaret POUNDS migrated to Australia from Wales to enable Walter to take up the position of engineer for Myers and to supervise the installation of the first lift in Melbourne. His son Walter Cecil also also became an electrical engineer and worked at Johns and Waygoods.
