Employment & Learning Coordinator Network (ELC) - Neighbourhood Renewal
Neighbourhood Renewal is a new approach funded through the Victorian Department of Human Services to alleviate disadvantage in hard hit communities. The strategy is successful because it combines community building with a strong social justice orientation and a simple and practical framework for action.
The Employment and Learning Coordinator (ELC) network consists of all the ELCs employed across the 19 Neighbourhood Renewal areas to develop local employment and learning strategies to effectively engage and support residents in education, training and employment.
