The Early Indian Petroglyphs (EIP) Project is a joint venture by the Rock Art Society of India (RASI) and the Australian Rock Art Research Association (AURA) under the aegis of the International Federation of Rock Art Organisations (IFRAO). It includes scientific analyses and dating at extremely early central Indian petroglyph sites which feature the oldest known rock art in the world, and of rock paintings at Bhimbetka and several other Indian sites.
