Implementing sustainable housing development strategies: the environmental benefits, economic costs, management problems and possible solutions. An examination of the "Aurora" Development in Epping North and its appropriateness for the western suburbs. Planning issues including: transport planning (road, rail, bike, pedestrian); infrastructure development; energy use; water use; storm water management; sewerage; biodiversity.
