This working group's purpose is to review & update the Diabetes information resource for the Central Highlands Region. This resource has been developed by the Diabetes Steering Group of Central Highlands Primary Care Partnership as a guide to services that are available in the Central Highlands region and to assist and support people or careres of people with their management of diabetes.
