| Are you looking for something different for your daughter which isn’t competitive, how about Guiding?
Guiding is fun. Our aim is to encourage girls to have a go, to enjoy and challenge themselves. We use a wide variety of activities which prepare girls for the future. At our meetings we assist the girls to choose activities they want to do and plan them so the philosophy and fundamentals of Guiding are met. The philosophy of Guiding encourages girls to grow into self reliant, organised, co-operative, warm individuals, etc. Please feel free to come and visit the Guide Hall to see the Junior Guides in action. Coonabarabran Gumnut Junior Guides have fun every Monday after school 3:30pm to 5pm at the Guide Hall (cnr Edward & Namoi Streets). Girls aged between 5 - 9 years are welcomed to join us. |
