Dandenong & District Historical Society Inc
The Dandenong & District Historical Society was formed in 1963. The Society collects newspapers, photographs, local and family histories that relate to the Dandenong area. It meets on the third Sunday of February, April, June, August and October, from 2.00 pm. In December the meeting takes the form of an end-of-year lunch. The Society's rooms are located at the Houlahan Community Centre, 186 Foster Street East, Dandenong and are open to the public every Wednesday 10.00 - 2.00, or by appointment.
