City of Whittlesea Playgroup Association
The City of Whittlesea Playgroups Association was started back in 1985.
We are funded by the City of Whittlesea.The group is made up of 10 to 12 Parents who volunteer on our Committee, we organize events for all playgroup age children 0-5years for free or at very minumum cost, throughout the Whittlesea community.
These events include Activity Day, where children move around the room participating in activities from many different playgroups.
In November each year we put on our Major event FUN DAY. Attractions including, animal farms, clown's, face painting, live entertainment, many rides for toddlers, treats, prizes, emergency service displays and the Main Attraction SANTA.
Meetings are held Monthly once a month, at 7.30pm until aprox 9.30pm. We are always looking for help from community members, including raffle prize donations from local business. If you could think of any way you could lend a hand please feel free to contact us.
