Our Toy Library operates entirely on member participation, therefore we require members to attend duty in order to open.
Members are rostered on for 2 hour duties 3-4 times a year. You are welcome to bring your children when on duty. If you are unable to attend duty during our opening hours there are always after hours and take home jobs. Alternatively you can pay extra for a membership that does not require you to attend duty. A roster is produced every term and can be picked up in the Toy Library or sent via e-mail. We always welcome members who wish to join our committee and assist with the running of the Toy Library. Committee members are not required to do duty. Members are also required to attend stocktake which is organised at the end of every year. At stocktake toys are cleaned and assessed. This is a very social event and great way to see all the toys we have on offer! |
