In September 2007 the Consumer Consultants ran a forum on Case Management practices at InnerWest Area Mental Health Service which invited service users to comment on their experience of being Case Managed within a Clinical Mental Health Setting. QUATRO Project - Quality Through Outcomes

The QUATRO Project is based on the use of BASIS-32, a form which is completed by the consumer and their clinician.
