CASE MANAGEMENT FORUM
We would like to know what your experiences are of being case managed by a worker of InnerWest Area Mental Health Services as we currently working on providing some feedback to clinicians about this fundamental aspect of service delivery. For some people case management can be a very positive experience whilst for others it can be a relationship that can be frustrating and unrewarding at times. Do you have any comments that you would like to make about your experience of case managegement? For examples it's pros and cons, what you like or don't like about your interactions or contacts with your case manager?
