Social Cohesion Project
Residents of the City of Port Phillip have a significantly lower life expectancy compared to other local government areas. Research has indicated that communities with high levels of social cohesion or connectedness also have better health.
A range of projects that aim to increase our level of social connectedness and cohesion will be trialled in the City of Port Phillip.
This online group will provide a forum to discuss, implement, analyse and review the benefits of these projects.
