Clemente Ballarat
Clemente Ballarat is a transformative 21st century higher education program, which aims to break the cycle of poverty, inequity and social injustice for people in Australia.

Using a whole of community approach by the Australian Catholic University (ACU National) in association with The Smith Family, Centacare, University of Ballarat, Ballarat Cares, Central Highlands Regional Library and City of Ballarat are collaborating to run the Clemente Program in Ballarat.

This group of partners are demonstrating a cross sector whole of community approach combining their capabilities and expertise to build community capacity, to unlock opportunities for people to participate and to engage and to contribute to the well being of others, closing gaps between groups, which in turn helps us build a more caring and cohesive Ballarat community that is sustainable in our 21st Century Knowledge Society.
