Computer-Human Interaction Special Interest Group
We are a group of computer programmers who are passionate about making computer programs - software - easier for ordinary people to use, instead of expecting people to adapt to the computer! We meet regularly to exchange ideas and try to promote the idea of easy-to-use software to other computer programmers. We put together good examples and try to educate the general public about demanding well-designed software. We are particularly interested in accessiblilty - in which people with a disability or those with little experience or low English skills find it easy to use software with special tools.
