Connectingcare - Grampians Region User Group
The focus of this group is using Connectingcare to implement service co-ordination.
The group aims to provide:
- advice and support to users,
- a forum for discussion
- a platform for future development
- support for users who manage agency service directory information
- a way of feeding into regional user and state strategic group meetings for those who cannot attend them.
