CHAOS - Community Houses Association of the Outer Eastern Suburbs
The Community Houses Association of the Outer Eastern Suburbs is a network of 30 Community Houses, Neighbourhood Houses and Learning Centres, servicing an area that extends from Blackburn to Park Orchards, east to Healesville and Yarra Junction, and across the Dandenongs to Emerald and Rowville.
The Network exists to provide support, resources, information, training and advocacy for its member organisations. It acts as a network for mutual support and a forum to address issues of common concern. The CHAOS network meets throughout the year, and through these meetings also maintains the important function of developing linkages with other organisations, service providers and funding bodies.
