Second Language Learning and Teaching

Welcome to a love in my life...second language learning and teaching. As a child I always wanted to be able to speak a second language. Over the years I acquired school level French and Latin, and more recently I did a course in Koine Greek and presently I am busy enjoying myself learning Chinese. This choice arose largely from the fact that I am living and working here, where living in China gives me the opportunity to develop some competency in a second language. Through teaching English as a second language to Chinese students the world of second language learning and teaching is opening up more and more into being a fascinating kaleidiescope of linguistic experiences. This page is aimed at providing you the reader with glimpes of this world and also providing links to my own second language resources I have developed and other second language learning and teaching resources.
