Me again....this week is the May holiday in China. A week of festival and just returned from the Baiyun Kite Festival. Very much enjoyed what I saw and thought you might like to see the photos too. Went on the fourth day when there were not so many people. Everywhere you go in China there are just so many people. This naturally makes taking photos quite difficult at times, however I got some good shots today. Got there at lunch time. The day was quite hot.

Travelling by 'car' in ancient China
This was a bit of fun although my 'drivers' were a bit tired by this time of the afternoon and not many Chinese tourists are as heavy as me!

Another stunning work of art - this time with tree roots.
Just love the wonderful things that are done with tree roots. Our young friend however isn't quite as taken with them as I am it seems :)
