CCP/HSAP Workers forum
These workers are in programs funded by DHS for people with a history of homelessness and complex needs who are currently homeless or living in low-cost (ex. public housing, SRS)or insecure accommodation (ex. caravan park, rooming house).
Workers are spread across a variety of agencies such as NGO's, community health, health and local government.
