| How to Enrol
In person: The Creswick Learning Centre is open Tuesday to Friday 10.00 am - 4.00 pm. The Centre is normally closed between Christmas and the middle of January. Class enrolments will be taken any time up to one week prior to a new class starting. Enrolments after this date may not be accepted. Mail: Complete an enrolment form and return with payment to Creswick Learning Centre PO Box 96, Creswick 3363. Phone/Fax: 03 53452356 Fax: 03 53458170 You can register your interest in a course by telephone or send by fax, however your placement in the course will not be secured until an enrolment form and course fees have been paid for the course. Payment Methods Cash, Cheque or Money Order & EFTPOS or credit card facilities. Note: Course fees will only be returned if classes are fully booked or cancelled . Payments can be made in installments - please discuss this with the centre manager. Concession card holders: As an accredited centre through Adult, Community Further Education, people enroling in class who have a concession card will be charged the concession rate plus amenities fees, which entitles them to forty hours of training in 12 months. When the forty hours of training has finished $1.32 per class hour plus an amenities fee will be charged. This is for classes subsidised by ACFE only. A valid concession card must be sighted and documented at enrolment. Concession cards sighted after enrolment will not receive a refund, but will pay full price. In the event of the students failure to make payment of any monies due to CLC, the pursuant to this agreement, the student shall pay CLC all collection costs, commission, fees, charges and expenses, including legal costs of a solicitor and own client basis incurred by Creswick Learning Centre (CLC). All electrical equipment being bought to the centre will need to be Test and Tag. The centre will have the equipment to do this for a small fee. |
