Social activities are planned and conducted throughout the season. These may include day trips, cards, dances, casino days, as well as activities associated with bowls, and other clubs.
Coaching for new bowlers, or experienced bowlers requiring some attention to detail, can be arranged by appointment with one of the coaches.
Both indoor and outdoor bowls are played during the winter months. Indoor bowls are played on proper bowling mats with small indoor bowls, and there is a social and pennant competition. Outdoor bowls are played on the the synthetic green.
A night pennant competition is also available for men, and this provides really competitive matches against other clubs, as well as providing valuable practice on other greens.
Friday night is bistro night at the club, with a variety of meals available to suit budget conscious customers. A special member's draw occurs at 6.00 pm, and members must be in attendance to claim the prize.
There are 20 Tabaret gaming machines operating in air-conditioned smoke free comfort. Visitors are always welcome.
