| REGULAR MEETINGS
Most Bundaburra meetings are held monthly at a restaurant in Melbourne and suburbs. Wine and Food Officers may choose a new restaurant, or return to an old favourite. Where possible, the Club tries to book a private dining room in the restaurant. The menu for the night is chosen by the wine & food officers for that meeting, in consultation with the chef. It may be part of the regular a la carte menu, or a special dish prepared especially for the wine and food club. Each course is accompanied by a small glass of one or more wines, which may be served masked. After each course, the meeting chairperson will call on two or three members to comment on the food and the wine. CHRISTMAS MEETINGS Every second year, the Bundaburra Club holds its December meeting at the country holiday home of a member in South Gippsland. It is a special night, where fresh local seafood and other Gippsland regional food and wines are served. CLUB PHOTO ALBUMS To see many more Bundaburra Club photographs, members should go to the Club Members Only section. |
