Expectations of the Landholder
Construct the fence and get reimbursed on completion.

Undertake site preparation e.g. ripping the site before tree planting and adequate weed control.

Ongoing site maintenance once the new vegetation is established (watering, weed control, etc).

Put in place an appropriate grazing regime to ensure that remnants are protected and can regenerate. Weeds and rabbits may also need to be controlled.
