BUILDING CAPACITY for INCLUSION NETWORK (BCIN) purpose is to share practical asistance in how to include Students with Disabilities in mainstream school. From the Inclusion Index, to the UNESCO report card -surely we can evolve an even better indigenous inclusion tool kit. As Ian Chappell says -'The problem with common sense is it just aint common enough'. This site builds capacity for inclusion to become common (enough!) sense.
