IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. PUNCTUALITY

Runners MUST register for runs by 1.45pm on Saturday afternoons. The first run will commence at 2.00pm sharp!

Remember that we will run the long run first with the intermediate and junior runs afterwards.

If you know that you may be late, you must notify the handicapper in advance, in order to be able to run. Contact Brad Russell on 54445429 or the Race Captain for the day. If you cannot reach any of the above people, contact President Wolf Heiden on 54431684 or Vice President Frances Walsh on 54439157 or Secretary Pat Kenny on 54423431.

2. UNIFORMS

Club members are encouraged to wear club uniform at ALL runs. At all “invitations”, club uniform is COMPULSORY. Uniforms are available from the Treasurer.

3. REGISTRATION & FEES

Athletics Victoria registration is NOT necessary for club runs, invitations, or the Glenn Allen. All members MUST be financial members of our club; $15.00 seniors, $10.00 students, $5.00 under 12, and $30.00 family. Fees are to be paid by Saturday May 23 (Guy’s Hill Heartbreak). Please pay these to the Treasurer.

Combined Runs - Small Fee Payable: Family $5.00 Adult $3.00 Child $2.00.

4. AGGREGRATE POINTS

There are 13 runs that Club members can accrue club championship points, your 11 best runs will be taken into account. These runs are highlighted in bold & shaded.

5. HELPING OUT

It is essential that club member fulfil their race captain duties when rostered to ensure our races can run smoothly and the workload is shared amongst all members. If you are unable to take your turn please organise a swap and let the president know. If you are not racing and able to help, your help is also appreciated! Please let the President, handicapper or race captain of the day know if you are able to assist. Please remember to bring along a thermos and a plate of afternoon tea on race days.
