Australian Students Public Relations Association
Based at RMIT University in Melbourne, ASPRA is a club for public relations students who want to get involved in social events and network with others in the industry.
ASPRA plans to work with other student organisations within the Faculty of Applied Communication at RMIT. We aim to provide networking opportunities for Public Relations students with Journalism, Advertising, Marketing and Media students.
We want to establish ASPRA as a resource base for organisations who require public relations services by maintaining a contact database of students who are looking for volunteer work experience opportunites as well as ongoing paid positions in the industry.
ASPRA aims to promote ethical public relations practice and a greater understanding of what public relations can do for organisations. We hope to link up with the Public Relations Institute of Australia.
