A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANISATION
A.L.A.S was founded by a group of people who realize the plight of various organizations and schools throughout Latin-America, therefore deciding to find a way to assist them.An idea was formed and the name of Australian Latin-American Association of Solidarity was registered in 1996.
Since then, through the organization of festivals and dinner dances the committee was able, at different times to raise monies to assist different schools throughout Latin-America, local charities in Australia and abroad.
Due to the hardship being felt in some of our countries our work cannot stop. And we live by our motto "Help us Help"
