Association of Independent Retirees - Wimmera Branch
Wimmera Branch is centred in Horsham.
Our aims are to assist those in retirement or those contemplating retirement. We achieve this by communication with existing members and information given by keynote speakers.We focus on matters relative to retired life and problems associated with retirement. Recent topics covered include- Taxation, Investment, Health, Legal issues and general interest items suggested by members.
Membership is open to all retirees not receiving a full aged pension.
Visitors are most welcome to our meetings.
The group meets on the second Wednesday each month at Horsham RSL from 10am until 12 noon.
