| Can I join ADCV if my dog hasn’t done any form of obedience training?
Yes, you are welcome to come along and give it ‘a go.’ Your dog must be physically fit but no previous obedience training is required. How can I join ADCV? 1. YOU MUST BOOK - please contact Murray on 9369 3541 or mtyler@alphalink.com.au 2. Send completed form, $10.00 cheque or money order to ADCV, P.O. Box 1141, Altona Meadows 3028 Do I need to bring any special equipment to training? You will need to wear suitable clothing and footwear. Please bring: - Clean-up bags - Appropriate collar, leash or harness (if required), NO choker chains please - Training tabs (ie. short leads), on sale at ADCV - Toy or food motivators Do I need to start training in Class 1 if my dog has previous agility experience? No, click on Promotions Criteria to determine what class level would best suit you and your dog. You will be assessed by an instructor when you commence training. Where can I learn more about agility? Simply click on LINKS on ADCV’s website Where can I go to watch an agility trial? Check out the Victorian Agility website.
