Your Login

• Every member of mc² has a unique identity which they must use to login each time they use mc².

• The login you chose during the mc² registration process cannot be altered. The only way to change it would be to request your old account be deleted, and register again. You would then have to recreate &/or join again all the groups you were previously part of.

• If you have an mc² WebMail account, the login name you chose will also form the first part of your email address. E.g. if you chose mjones, your email address will be mjones@mc2.vicnet.net.au

• Every registered user of mc² is allocated 10Mb of personal webspace. This is a place on the web to store your homepage and associated images, as well as the files in the "My Files" part of the mc2 File Management System.

• The login you chose will also be reflected in the URL, or web address, of your PERSONAL webspace, e.g. http://mc2.vicnet.net.au/home/mjones

• Any group you create will have its own webspace and individual webspace name.
