How do I Add a Photo?
First, you must create an album to put your photo in:
Once you have created an album to put your photos in, click on Add Photo, on the My Photos menu bar.
You can browse your hard drive for images.
- Note that large images will be automatically resized, to save webspace
- "Large" is defined as over 100K filesize and with a height or width in excess of 800 pixels
- Note that, for the auto-resizing to work, image file names must be 20 characters or less. If you use a longer filename, the image will not upload. To rectify this, just rename the image file on your computer with a shorter name, then try uploading it again.
- Note also that only jpg, gif and png web image files are accepted

How do I Delete a Photo?
- Log into mc²
- click on My Office [towards top right]
- click on My Photos
- click on Edit Album on the My Photos menu bar
- view the album cover photos to find the album containing the photo to be deleted
- click edit album on the link next to the album that contains the photo you wish to delete.
Down the bottom of the resultant page, all the images in that album will be displayed, with a delete option under each picture.
- click delete on the link under the image you wish to remove.
How do I share my photos with others?
If you click on this, you should see a new My Photos menu appear below:
If you click on Your Name's Photo Gallery Home [towards the top LEFT of screen], you should see an ID number appear in the URL, or Web Address of the page, e.g. http://mc2.vicnet.net.au/umt/photos/index.html?user_id=16871:
If you give this URL to others, they can see your photos. Only you have the ability to Add, Edit and Delete content, however - others can only view.
