How do I Add a Calendar Entry?
How do I Edit a Calendar Entry?
- Log into mc²
- Click on My Office [towards top right]
- Click on My Calendar
- Find the entry to be edited. To do this, you can click on the month the entry is in ["view month", towards top left], then on the entry or click on the individual day in the calendar [if known]. The calendar dates are shown on the left. Months can be advanced or regressed, by clicking the "Next" and "Previous" buttons.
- When you have found the entry to be edited, click on the Title to view details
- When viewing details, there is is an Edit button at the bottom. Click this.
- Make changes, then click Update Entry.
- You will informed on the screen that the entry has been updated, then shown that days calendar
How do I Delete a Calendar Entry?

- Click on My Calendar
- Find the entry to be deleted. To do this, you can click on the month the entry is in ["view month", towards top left], then on the entry or click on the individual day in the calendar [if known]. The calendar dates are shown on the left. Months can be advanced or regressed, by clicking the "Next" and "Previous" buttons.
- When you have found the entry to be deleted, click on the Title to view details
- When viewing details, there is is a "Delete" button at the bottom.
- Click the Delete button
- Click "OK" at the prompt [or "Cancel" to save]. The entry is now deleted [it cannot be retrieved again, it must be manually re-entered if deleted in error.
