Approval
You will also need to monitor and respond to emails prompting you to
approve new members, photos, events and links. If you need further information before approving members or content, contact the member for clarification first. E.g. if you don't know them, you can email a potential member with a request for more information about themselves, and how they see themselves as contributing to the group. You then have more information to help you decide whether to let them join, or not. If you change your mind, you can always
remove them from the group later.
If you need clarification about an Event before you can approve it, e.g. it says Friday the 3rd, but the 3rd is a Saturday, email them for the correct details - their email address will be mentioned in the email to you, requesting approval. If you need to correct an URL in a link submission, again you can email the sender for the correct details.
