This booklet is a user friendly tool that teaches a few basic, practical ways to communicate with people who have a hearing impairment, speech impairment, vision impairment, physical disability or intellectual disability. It also gives some tips on how to recognise and respond to a person that may be experiencing mental health problems and a section on supporting employees with disabilities.
