The login process is not only a requirement of using mc², it is a safeguard to verify who you are, and protects your privacy.

To activate your membership for the first time, you must follow the unique link in the email we send you [unless you are also applying for mc² WebMail]. You can then join any of the existing communities here, or start your own.
If you do not follow the link in the registration email we send you, you will be unable to complete registration and log in to mc2.
If you do not get the mc² activation email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly - register it again. You should also check that your email client hasn't erroneously filtered the mc² email into your Junk, Spam or Bulk folder.

Joining a Community (Online Group)
Find the community (online group) you wish to join by using the "Search" slot, or Browse by Category
Click the link for the name of your community, then click "JOIN" (one-off process)
Note you must login first, or mc² doesn't know who to join!
Your membership may require approval from the group owner/moderators.
Once approved as a member, all you need to do to access your group is login to mc²
Once logged in, you will be on the My Communities page, which shows links to all the groups you're a member of
