Members

If you join a group (become a member), you can find out who the other members are, via the Members List (non-members can't access this feature). As well as being able to email members individually from the membership list, you can also take a peek at their personal webpage, just by clicking on the little "house" icon.

If the Group is for Members Only, then you may need to be approved by an Owner or Moderator, before you can access or participate in the Group's activities. Until you are approved, your membership will be Pending.

Names of members are listed in alpha order by first name, by default, but you can view the list in Family name order, if you wish.

You can also see who the Group Owner and Moderators are, if you need to contact them to get your event or link submission approved.

If you have selected an Avatar (small, personalised image or icon) in My Profile, this will be visible next to your name on the Members List. There will also be a link to your Homepage, if you have one.

Remember, if you wish to contact ALL members, you should post a message in the Forum, which will then be emailed to all those on the alerts list [see My Communities].

Owners & Moderators have rights to administer who gets Forum and Alert email notifications, by using the checkboxes on the right of each name on the Members list. To make changes, be sure to click the "update" button for each member individually.
