Dung beetles and defoliation
From: Greg Hayes
Date:  12/01/2009

Hi all
I'm a recently joined member and proud steward of a colony of winter active beetles from last year. My question however is whether dung beetles are likely to be defoliating eucalyptus trees at the present time. At the local community BBQ last week several farmers said that they had observed large numbers of what they believed to dung beetles in trees that were being defoliated. Anybody able to shed light on this?
